  • Theory: 20 Hours, Practical: 30 Hours, Total: 50 Hours
  • Brief Role Description: For promotion of well-being of oneself and society at large; assist in conducting group classes for Yoga Volunteer, Yoga classes in the park, Yoga related IDY programs. Can conduct Yoga Break protocol in work places.
  • Level 2 Yoga Protocol Instructor 
  • Certified Yoga Professional
  • Theory: 60 Hours, Practical: 140 Hours, Total: 200 Hours
  • Brief Role Description: Certified Yoga Professional (Yoga Protocol Instructor) can teach basics of Yoga / common Yoga protocol developed by the Ministry of AYUSH for International Day of Yoga for prevention of diseases and promotion of health. They can conduct Yoga practice /classes in parks, societies, RWA etc.
  • Level 2 Yoga Protocol Instructor

  • Theory: 60 Hours, Practical: 140 Hours, Total: 200 Hours
  • Brief Role Description: Certified Yoga Professional (Yoga Protocol Instructor) can teach basics of Yoga / common Yoga protocol developed by the Ministry of AYUSH for International Day of Yoga for prevention of diseases and promotion of health. They can conduct Yoga practice /classes in parks, societies, RWA etc.
  • Level 3 Yoga Wellness Instructor
  • Certified Yoga Professional
  • Theory: 120 Hours, Practical: 280 Hours, Total: 400 Hours
  • Brief Role Description: Certified Yoga Professional (Yoga Wellness Instructor) to teach Yoga for prevention of illness and promotion of wellness in schools, Yoga studios, work places, Yoga wellness centers / Primary Health care centers etc
  • Level 4 Assistant Yoga Therapist
  • Certified Yoga Professional
  • Theory: 120 Hours, Practical: 280 Hours, Total: 400 Hours
  • Brief Role Description: Can work under supervision of certified physician or certified Yoga Therapist & Yoga Consultant on specific health disorders.
  • Level 5 Yoga Therapist
  • Certified Yoga Professional
  • Theory: 400 Hours, Practical: 400 Hours, Total: 800 Hours
  • Brief Role Description: Can work along with certified physician or certified Yoga Consultant to give Yoga Therapy on all disorders
